Yesterday 20/03/2019 The local policing team along with specialist police officers conducted a successful drugs warrant at an address in Staple Hill and arrested a female for possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. This warrant was made possible by the local community informing us of suspicious behaviour, this in turn helps us develop local intelligence and help us tackle drug dealing and the crime that is linked to it.

As the lighter evening's approach you may see an increase in foot patrols from the local policing team.

Officers from Staple Hill NPT executed a Warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at Long Road Mangotsfield. Over 100 substantial plants were found in a professional growing set up in an underground location. Two people are currently assisting Police with their enquiries.
