Youths are still congregating in large numbers and causing Ant social behaviour in and around the shops.

During April youths have come to the attention of the Police and CST notifications have been sent to the parents informing them of the kids behaviour. this is a three strike policy which then leads to panel meetings being implemented by Warrington Partnerships.

Youths are still congregating in mass in the Culcheth area but the amount of calls relating to the youths have decreased.

A youth has been identified for causing damage to the escalator in the CPS building an this again will be dealt by the Police.

May we remind all residents concerned with the youths to call Police on 101 as this helps the Police build a picture of the areas in the vicinities that are of great concern, and has a greater possibility of the youths actually being identified who are coming into Police contact more frequently.
