PC Sara Richards joined the police service 12 years ago. She has worked in a number of stations including Brecon before she joined the Neighbourhood Policing team in Ystradgynlais. PC Richards is committed to ensuring the success of the Neighbourhood Policing Team, where she will be tackling the issues affecting local communities.

Hello my name is Rachel Williams. I became a PCSO in June 2014 and was originally posted in Brecon until I moved to Ystradgynlais Station in December of the same year. I am enjoying my time here and hope to stay here for the foreseeable future 

I joined Dyfed Powys Police in September 2000 working as a Divisional Support Unit Clerk in Brecon.  I then relocated to Ystradgynlais for a short spell before returning to Brecon as a member of the Mid Wales Customer Service Unit.  I have spent the last five years working as part of the Incident Resolution Team.  I have recently joined the Neighbourhood Policing Team for Ystradgynlais and am looking forward to interacting with the public, problem solving and team work

Hello my name is Mahmood Rahimi, I joined as a PCSO with Dyfed Powys Police in January 2017. I am looking forward to working here and ensuring a safer Ystradgynlais community to live in.
Prior to this role, I was in studying in university.
 I am also a very keen sports person.

Sarah joined Dyfed-Powys Police in 2006 as a Special Constable while completing her BA in sport, health and exercise at Trinity University. She left Carmarthenshire division in April as a Special Police Sargent to start her career as a PCSO in Brecon. Sarah is a former Exercise Specialist working to patients to get them back to health. Sarah is a keen cyclist, badminton player and baker. She enjoys a chat so if you see her stop and say hi.
 
Sarah is the PCSO for Brecon Town.
