Nat has been working for the Constabulary for 11 years and has been a PCSO since joining.  She is one of the dedicated PCSO’s for Tidenham and Sedbury.  The typical work for Nat includes foot patrol and meeting the public, speed checks and school liaison.  She also supports the Parish and Town Councils with any local issues. 

What Nat enjoys most about being a PCSO is engaging with the communities, talking to residents within the parish and meeting new people. 

Since joining the Constabulary, Nat has received some specialised training to help in the community.  For example, training given how to deliver school presentations and she often attends various schools in the area to gives talks to all ages on subjects such as internet safety.  She also has degrees in Criminology with the Criminal Justice System and Sociology. 

Outside the working environment Nat spends quality time with her family and when she has spare time, she enjoys reading and going to the cinema.

Tracy Garcia-Cote PCSO

Tracy has been working for the Constabulary for 12 years and has been a PCSO since joining.  She is one of the dedicated PCSO’s for Tidenham and Sedbury.  The typical work for Tracy includes school liaison, foot patrol, supporting the Parish and Town Councils with any local issues and networking with other agencies within the community. 

What Tracy enjoys most about being a PCSO is engaging with the communities and talking to residents within the parish.  She also likes the fact that every day is different. 

Since joining the Constabulary, Tracy has received some specialised training to help in the community.  For example, training given how to deliver school presentations and she often attends various schools in the area to gives talks to all ages on subjects such as internet safety.  She is also trained in recognising signs of dementia and how to help and interact with people with dementia along with Mental Health Awareness.  She finds helping people with mental health issues particularly rewarding. 

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys walking her 4 dogs through the beautiful Forest, gardening, reading and music.
