Eastleigh West Hampshire Constabulary Police Local Neighbourhood

Zoe joined Thames Valley Police in 1994 and transferred to Hampshire in 2002. Zoe has worked in a variety of departments in Basingstoke, Winchester, Bishop's Waltham, Fareham, Gosport and Portsmouth. Zoe joined the neighbourhood team at Eastleigh in January 2018.

PC Gosden is the Police Officer for the Hiltingbury and Chandlers Ford area, she has been an officer for Hampshire Constabulary for many years. PC Gosden joined this team in 2008 and has a vast knowledge of the area.

Andy joined Hampshire Constabulary in 2011 and has worked in the Western area of Eastleigh since joining the service. Working in Chandlers Ford and Hiltingbury since he joined has meant he has built and maintained good relationships with partner agencies, key workers and local residents.
Andy is also a keen hiker when not at work.

Lucinda joined Hampshire Constabulary as a PCSO in November 2014. She has recently moved to the area of Eastleigh West, having previously covered the area of Eastleigh East. Lucinda has recently completed a master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice to help further her knowledge and development in this role. Prior to joining Hampshire Constabulary, Lucinda worked in care, supporting vulnerable individuals with mental health issues.

Community Speed watch continue with their efforts along side Police with speed checks in the Chandlers Ford and Hiltingbury area's, to educate drivers on the dangers of speeding. Op liberal & Op Signature continues to be a priority in the area with Police meeting the public in busy locations to raise awareness around Distraction Burglary, Rogue Traders, Unscrupulous Sales People, and other related scams that are being used to target those most at risk in the area.. Please keep an eye on elderly neighbours and report any suspicious vehicles or persons via the 101 number.
