Stevenage North Hertfordshire Constabulary Police Local Neighbourhood

I have been a police officer for thirteen years. I transferred to Hertfordshire Constabulary in 2013 having started my career in the Metropolitan Police and have worked in a number of roles within Hertfordshire.

I greatly enjoy neighbourhood policing as it is a very versatile role. Not only does it give me the chance to tackle long-term issues that often have a major impact on people’s lives, but it allows me to really get to know a community and work with them to tackle crime in their area.

I know the residents of Stevenage are very supportive and I am looking forward to building relationships with you to help keep the town a good place to live and work.

I have been a Police Officer for 24 years in a variety of roles on the front line in Stevenage and North Herts. I am responsible for Neighbourhood Policing in all three localities within Stevenage CSP and I am pleased to be working with such excellent officers and with such strong policing partners in Stevenage Borough Council. I believe in providing an excellent service and I would love members of the public to contact me and tell me what they think and how we are doing.

PC Kate Parker joined the Stevenage Safer Neighbourhood team in Autumn of 2017 having grown up in the town she has a great local knowledge of the area. She is the ward constable responsible for the Old Town, Symonds Green and Woodfield wards.

Paul covers the St Nicholas and Martinswood areas.

Rowdy and inconsiderate behaviour in The Oval. We are carrying out high visibility patrols in the area and engaging with local residents and businesses to monitor the extent of the problem.
