To reduce speeding vehicles on Ratcliffe Road Sileby and Fishpool Way in Barrow upon Soar. These concerns have been raised at Parish Council meetings for over a year. The speed and its effects on the local communities will be monitored followed by enforcement and awareness by the beat team. |
Speed gun checks were conducted in all the nominated key locations with local intelligence advice notices and TOR tickets given, which has seen a reduction in complaints. We will revisit in the New Year should this become a problem again. |
