Boston Rural East Lincolnshire Police Police Local Neighbourhood

James transferred to Lincolnshire Police in 2005 from Sussex Police where I was a uniformed constable, sergeant and detective sergeant.  Prior to that I was a Naval Officer for 6 years and served around the world. 

Since transferring to Lincolnshire Police I have been a uniformed sergeant, inspector and now chief inspector.  Most of my service has been spent at Grantham, Spalding and most recently the Force Control Room at Headquarters.

James is now the chief inspector for the Boston and South Holland policing area.

Andy is the inspector for the Boston policing area.

Matthew is the community beat sergeant for the Boston policing team.

Jon is the community beat manager for the Boston Rural East policing team.

Hannah joined the force in 2015 as a Volunteer PCSO and then became a full time PCSO 2018.

Whilst volunteering Hannah worked in at Pets At Home.

She works in the Boston Town Centre policing team and enjoys being able to communicate with the public and support as many people as she can.

Kym joined as a PCSO in 2007. Prior to this she worked as a compliance inspector for the Department For Work and Pensions.

She worked in the Boston Town Centre policing team for four months before joining the Boston Rural East policing team.

She now covers Fishtoft, Benington, Butterwick, Leverton, Old Leake and Wrangle villages.

Speeding has been reported in the area

A Speed Indiction Device (SID) sign has been used around Fishtoft village throughout July.

It will be moving to Butterwick throughout August.

Special Sergeant Charles will come and do some enforcement.

Speeds recorded so far in Fishtoft are no higher  than 33MPH

Rasie awareness of farm crime in the area.

Daily high visibility patrols are performed during shifts throughout rural areas with extra attention given to areas with farms.
