I am one of the Sergeants responsible for managing and co-ordinating the West Tynedale Neighbourhood Policing Team, which includes the Neighbourhood Beat Managers, Special Constables and Community Support Officers.

I am based at Hexham Police Station.

I report to the Neighbourhood Inspector.

I co-ordinate the policing response to local crime/disorder problems as well as liaising with our partner agencies.

• Involvement in problem solving initiatives aimed at addressing the underlying causes of many of these issues.

I am Neighbourhood Beat Manager at Hexham covering the areas of Bellingham, Wark, Stonehaugh, Simonburn and Birtley. 

I have 24 years service with Northumbria Police and have worked at Hexham, Prudhoe, Newcastle City Centre, Newcastle West End, Motor Patrols at Hexham, Corbridge and Bellingham.

My day-to-day duties involve ensuring close links are maintained with all sections of the local communities. I see my role as one of public reassurance and I try to look for long term solutions to issues that concern everyone in the area I work, this can only be done with the assistance of the public and by working with other agencies.

I am the Neighbourhood Beat Manager at Haltwhistle covering the area of Coanwood, Gilsland, Greenhead, Halton-lea-Gate and Haltwhistle.  I have 11 years service with Northumbria Police working within Tynedale as a 24/7 response officer at Hexham, Haltwhistle, Corbridge, Prudhoe and Ponteland.

I am a Neighbourhood Beat Manager at Hexham and cover the areas of Kielder, Tarset, Byrness and Otterburn. My base is Bellingham.

I joined Northumbria Police in 1993 after serving 10 years in the Royal Military Police. I have worked within Tynedale as a 24/7 response Officer.  I have also carried out the following roles, Crime Investigation, Training Officer, Hexham East NBM, CBRN Assessment Officer, Tynedale LGBT Liaision Officer, and I am currently the Northumberland Wildlife Officer. 

My day-to-day duties involve ensuring close links are maintained with all sections of the local communities. I see my role as one of public reassurance and I try to look for long term solutions to issues that concern everyone in the area I work, this can only be done with the assistance of the public and by working with other agencies.

I am Sergeant Neil Cockburn and I am responsible within the Hexham Neighbourhood Team for all issues related to crime.

My team covers Blanchland, Slaley, Hexham, Newbrough, Humshaugh, Chollerton and Chollerford areas.

I have over 24 years service and I began my career in Essex Police prior to joining Northumbria Police. I have both uniform and CID experience.

It is my responsibility to co-ordinate a response to core crime issues, such as burglary and vehicle crime, and endeavour to find solutions to the causes of crime.

In order to successfully carry out this task I will monitor and target crime patterns and target prolific offenders living within and visiting the area.

I report directly to the Neighbourhood Inspector and am responsible for providing both leadership and management to the following staff:

• Neighbourhood Beat Managers (Constables)

• Special Constabulary

• Community Support Officers

Through my leadership I aim to ensure that my staff and I provide high visibility policing that ensures the needs of the individual neighbourhoods are met whilst also continuing to drive down crime and disorder.

My role also involves forging and maintaining close links with partnership agencies and local councillors in order to promote problem solving within each neighbourhood by working in partnership with stakeholders.

I am a PCSO in the Hexham area I have been in this post since January 2008.

I previously worked at Tesco Superstore.

The role of a PCSO is to provide a uniformed presence on the street patrolling areas where disorder is reported and to prevent further disorder.

To provide reassurance to the public and visit schools, elderly care homes to give inputs on crime prevention advice.

We are responsible for patrolling the area and seizing alcohol from youths, carrying out house to house enquiries in support of the police and give out crime prevention advice in the area.

We work closely with the Neighbourhood Beat Managers and the Neighbourhood Beat Sergeant.

I am a Police Community Support Officer for Hexham town and my role is to provide visible patrols and communication with the community to assist in the reduction of crime and disorder.

I work closely with Police Officers and other agencies to help provide public reassurance and community safety, I also work closely with local schools.
